"My second point is that by mixing soups with entrees
you are reducing the fluid intake by your crew members."

We did not put the soup in with the entrees. Since soup came in 1 cup
servings
we made hot water on a second stove and made (soup, hot coco, hot gatoraid
ect.) on the side.

This worked out great for us. We tried several ideas on our practice and
shakedown
hikes and came up with what worked for our crew.

My point here is that the crew should decide how they want to do things.
Each crew will
be different. It was fun to watch the crew come together during training
on this
stuff if you just left them alone.
