I thought this might be of interest to you. I am the former Scoutmaster
of Troop 888 in Baton Rouge, La. and a three time Philmont advisor. I have
written a book about Philmont Scout Ranch, and I would love to see scout
units make some money off of the book.
“Riders in the Sky: The Ghosts and Legends of Philmont Scout Ranch” has
recently been released by Merril Press and troops can make a deal with
Amazon.com to post a link to the book on their websites and get paid for any
copies purchased. Or troops can order multiple copies of the book at
substantial discounts for resale as a fund raiser.
