Tom, and others, I don't think it matters with this meal - we fixed all of the
ingredients separately and except for the soup, the mac & cheese was still
awful! The soup saved us. Fortunately this was the last dinner we fixed on
the trail or we might have had a revolution on our hands. The package had the
title "forever young macaroni and cheese dinner" and our crew surmised that
this was because if you actually ate the stuff you wouldn't get any older. :>(
