Greetings List:
I would like to second Phil's (and other's) endorsement of the Philmont
Advisor's Guide that is published by Coop and Wally. I would suggest the
subtitle of "Philmont for Dummies" because it takes you way beyond the "user's
manuals" provided by Philmont.
Our crew used the Guide in 1999 and [except for an advisor that had to leave the
trail due to an injury] had an excellent trek. And because of the information
presented in the Guide, I think our Ranger had a good time too. Thanks again
Coop, Wally and all of the other contributors for an excellent product.
It might not even be too late for Santa ;>)
