Philmont takes pictures of each individual crew no matter what - mainly
to have on file in the event of a search and rescue. Contingent photos
can and will be taken upon request. Each person recieves one photo free
- which one (crew or contingent) is up to you. We had two crews this
past summer - one crew selected to take their individual crew photo
while the other selected the contingent photo with both crews in it.
Extra photos may be purchased for either $4 or $5 each (the cost is
cheaper if you place the order before you go on the trail as opposed to
waiting until you get back into basecamp).
