Steve, in 2001 we took three crews to Philmont. We asked that all three
crews have separate pictures taken, then all three crews took one together as
a contingent. All we had to do was ask the Photo people, and they were glad
to help. No big deal. We did pay the extra fee for the contingent pictures.
We just asked in advance how many people wanted them, and collected the
money. The cost was pretty reasonable.
