Oh please. A three year difference. Now I am going to have to carry a list
of birth dates to make sure our crew members are sleeping with others within
the right age bracket. I understand the importance of Youth Protection, but
we are now adding requirements to make it even more complex. I don't think
you are going to see BSA formalize this as a requirement and until they do, I
will abide by their YP policies.
