We have a youth who will turn 19 the week we leave for Philmont, and
planned to have him tent with another youth who will turn 18 two weeks
after we get back. They've tented together for 7 summers. Now they can't?
Having him tent alone will require our crew of 12 to carry 7 tents rather
than 6 as we have all two-man tents. It would also require a youth to tent
alone. I'm all for following rules, but sometimes common sense should
prevail. My two cents....
