Really wish people quoting messages would strip out
the extra stuff. What a waste of bandwidth to leave
in *TWO* copies of the nonsense this list sticks on
the bottom of every message.
Anyway, there is an arguable way around this problem.
BSA rules allow parent OR guardian. Just provide a
short writing to the elder stating that for purposes
of the outing, he is the guardian of the younger,
signed by the parents.
I should think that would fly :-)
