Then please help me out how to count youth and adults on the Philmont forms.
I was under the impression that anyone under 21 could be counted as a youth
on the form.
Here is our crew...including a question mark.
Two males over 21.
One female over 21.
One male age 20.
7 Males under 18.
Then either 1 male under 18 or one male age 19 (this is still not decided).
Now when Philmont asks how many youth and how many adults, what do I answer?
We know the tent and shower rules, we are just trying to count youth and
adults for the Philmont records. Can I count the under 21 members as youth
when we give our breakout?
