Good response John

It is often overwhelming for Rangers when they have to learn all the rules
and policies for Philmont in a few days of training. There are a bunch and
there seems to be exceptions to half of them :) We try to learn them all
but it sometimes doesn't happen. That's why we have Mark Anderson, the man
who understands all of them :)

Just remember that Rangers aren't trying to be fun killers or policy
dictators. We are trying our best to ensure the safety and enjoyment of
everyone as well as making sure that we do our job right.
