It all applies. Just some applications, like paint, are thicker than
others. Some are opaque, some translucent and some so thin they are useless.
It depends on how much or how little information is garnered by the
applicator.
You can bet your bottom dollar that if a crew (PhilCrew) tries to slide by,
someone is not going to get on the trail.
Murphy was a Scout too you know.
So was Black Cloud, the Indian medicine man in charge of bad luck.
They tend to follow Scout units, dens, troops, crews, ships, whatever not
having their act totally together.
