Nalgene bottles gauranteed?
After a trip to the boundary waters last summer and one destroyed Lexan
Nalgene bottle ( because the boys thought it was liftime gauranteed ) I
contacted Nalgene. They are not gauranteed. Also, they don't advise carrying
the loop top bottles by the loop ( which I did at Philmont in 2000 with no
problems ). After a little discussion, they did send me a new cap for my 3
year old bottle. You can also purchase new caps for the bottles on there web
site or REI I believe.
