Brian-
Following is the address on the nalgene site regarding the cap replacement procedure:
http://www.nalgene-outdoor.com/caps.html
All you should have to do is double click on the address from this e-mail, and the page should open. If it doesn't as a number of browsers don't allow it, or if you are trying this from a company computer, and the firewall that has been set up by the system administrator won't allow either, simply type in the address in the address line at the top of your browser, and it should connect. If that doesn't work go to the company site at www.nalgene-outdoor.com directly and follow the info until you get to the replacement page.
Hope it works

Subject: [Philmont]: Free Nalgene Replacement Caps
I went through the Nalgene site but couldn't find any replacement area.
I did however decide to buy 4 new lids (of different colors) for $3ea for my bottles.
I'll give my scouts my used but still good ones to replace theirs that has broken over the last year of Philmont and prep trails.
However, If there is a specific thread I should follow to get free replacement caps, I'll need step by step instructions being I'm a "web site explorer disadvantaged" Scoutmaster.
Hope you can help me.
