Mike I saw a site on the Internet showing pictures of bears doing their thing
to various smellables. Sort of a semi research thing. They put the camera
in a 50 cal GI ammo box. The bear got curious and squashed the box ruining
the camera.

Next they welded some concrete (hardened) nails on it so the box looked like
a porcupine on steriods. The bears left those camera containers alone.

Bears are not to be taken lightly. Brown, black or griz.
