[Philmont]: Philmont - High adventure participant contracts

Our Troop went on our first Philmont trek this past summer and it has
whetted our appetite for more high adventure activities. This next
summer we are planing a Boundary Waters trip. I remember seeing
several references on this list last winter of "contracts" that some
Troops use with crew members and their families to set refund policies
and participation rules, etc. As we are getting into more expensive
high adventure trips, I think this could be valuable for us. It would
be great to see some examples of this kind of contract and your
experiences with them if you would be willing to share.
