Re: [Philmont]: Philmont - High adventure participant contracts

I think more importantly than the contract with the youth is the contract
with the parents. I agree, the Scout Oath and Law should serve for the
relationship between the Scout and everyone else, but the parents need to be
involved to have a successful unit/contingent/anything. A contract might
help.
