Take your small Scots to Philmont. It may be the biggest thing you ever do for them.
I was the smallest Scout in the contingent at age 14 back in 1959. I did a lot better than many youth twice my size and a lot better than ALL of the adults. Remember that key point.
Size has nothing to do with ability and desire.
Small kids are people too.
Just take them.
