Since the pros and cons of Frogg Toggs have already been covered I'll not
repeat those.

In '03 we went to Northern Tier. About 3/4 of the crew, including me, chose
Frogg Toggs. I was pretty careful, the Scouts weren't so careful. Rain was
medium for one crew, medium-light for the other. They were worn as often for
a layer as they were for rain. One rip (snagged during a Portage) was about
it.

In '03 we went to Philmont. Many on that crew had been with me at N. Tier.
They still had their Frogg Toggs. We encountered light rain. In between they
used them on assorted Troop campouts.

It's clear they won't last forever but they have held up long enough to
justify their reasonable price.
