Brad,
One thing I meant to mention is about our payment schedule. We start collecting monthly payments 18 months before going (January 03) and everyone is paid in full by 6 months before departure ( December 03). By doing this you have your money up front and you know definitely who is going. Drop outs are not given refunds, but they can have someone take their place. This method prevents dropouts causing your remaining crew members to pay higher fees to cover your fixed cost of the trek.
