I guess it is better to be lucky than good - sometimes.
Troop 31, State College Pa. is headed back to Philmont - August 2, 2006.
While not (what I would consider) a perfect starting date, it is far better
to be going to Scouting's Paradise than not.
I hope everyone else on the list (who entered this lottery) was so fortunate.
