Don't forget, great alternatives are Double H, Northern Tier and council
high adventure bases. Great year for going to Alaska and having a Northern
Lights HA outing, or Canada for Impeesa.
I don't recall a non-jamboree year (like 2006) where units on the wait list
with eventual invitations got much past 100. So, when you get that waitlist
number, bear this in mind.
