I'd be interested in more information on the Buffalo River. I looked a the
NP website, but would be interested in first hand info from one that has
taken Scouts on the river.

Brian, for my money and time, I prefer the Buffalo National River in North

Well, the dreams of topping Mt Phillips or Crossing the Tooth was nice for
awhile....but back to the waiting list........
 
I know this is "Off-Topic" for Philmont, but does anyone have any experience
in 5-7 day canoe trip on the Current River or Jacks Fork in MO? My PLC
wants to do that as a Troop High Adventure Trip instead of NT or SeaBase.
