You order the parts for the Trail Chef by selecting

"Camping" then "Cooking Gear" then "Trail Chef Replacemant Parts"

You will get a form like this:

     Large Fry Pan WW01013 $13.60
     9-Inch Aluminum Plate WW01014 $3.10
     Fry Pan Handle WW01015 $2.85
     Small Fry Pan WW01016 $10.55
     2-Qt. Pot WW01017 $7.95
     4-Qt. Pot WW01018 $10.60
     8-Qt. Pot WW01019 $22.35
     8-Cup Cocoa Pot WW01020 $12.10
     2-Qt. Pot Lid WW01021 $3.55
     4-Qt. Pot Lid WW01022 $5.95
     Cocoa Pot Lid WW01023 $4.05
     Plastic Cup WW01024 $1.00

or you can order them, by part #, through your local scout shop

Philmont issues a complete trail chef (actually 2) per crew, we took the
pieces we wanted and stored the remainder in our crew locker.

The trail chef stuff worked fine for us.
