I got the PSA letter to. Thanks for posting. My question, which I didn't
see answered in the packet was when a person would have to be 18. I
would assume that means on the day of arrival. Is that correct? I've got
some kids I'd like to talk to about it, but want to be sure to give them
the right answer.
