[Philmont]: AMTRAK Discount

Also see what discounts are available for ticket besides the under 16 half price
fare - we used AAA in 2000 through one of the Troop's parents and got another
discount. Can't remember if it was 10 or 20% but every bit helps to when trying
to be "Thrifty".
