[Philmont]: Medical forms 2006 arrived

The 2006 medical forms and other materials arrived today in the Fort Worth,
Texas area.

The shipment contained the Health and Medical Records letter, twelve medical
forms, the list of used equipment for sale, the 2005 trail meal clearance
flyer, a flyer for TOTT custom Cotton crew tees, a flyer for TOTT custom
Moisture Wicking crew tees, the Council & Unit Planning Guide, and the 8x11
TOTT Winter 2005-2006 catalog.

They were shipped USPS Priority Mail from Cimarron at a cost of $4.90.
