Adding to my prior post...
Regarding the Medical Forms, one thing is that Advisors MUST be anal about making sure that each and every line on each and every medical form for their crew is completed and none are left blank (N/A for those that are not applicable).
Blank lines on a form WILL slow you down going through Medical recheck, there is no "probably" about that.
