I think they've tightened up the procedure for distributing patches, Dr.
Bob. During checkout last August, the person at the desk checked our roster
and then carefully counted out the exact number of arrowhead patches in
front of me, like a bank teller counting money. Who knows, it may simply be
an effort to reduce costs.
