Someone posted they got an invitation at 320 or so a few weeks ago. Amazingly deep for a non-jamboree year. Usually they only get to 100 or so. Maybe the increased transport costs are getting to crews.

While I did not see the post about getting to 320, I would not be surprised to learn that one result of the on-line registration / lottery for slots (compared to the old phone-in procedure) is more crews "take a shot" at getting in, maybe even pay the initial deposit to hold a slot if they do, but then back out (probably when the next payment is due) when they've decided (for whatever reason) to not go.

It will take a few years under the new process to come up with a new "usual" number.
