I thought that Philmont did not give refunds. Period. Only exception I
have seen is a last minute physical problem like a broken arm the week
before leaving. I had to provide them a report from the Doctor for a
case like this last year before they would authorize a refund.

Our Troop had to return a trek for 2006..6/28 to
7/10..I was just wondering how long it takes for a
another crew to be assigned that trek. It has been
several weeks since we notified Philmont and some of
the parents are looking for a refund of money.
Philmont gives no refunds until they have another crew
assigned for that slot.
