[Philmont]: I guess its waitlisted

Crew is on the waitlist.
Troop got a double H slot even though we thought we were only signing up for
a philmont slot and do not want and will not use a double h trek (shorter,
flatter, no staffed activities). I wonder what they're playing at? I sure
didn't see anything in the lottery signup that referenced double h as an
option. I also wonder what that will do to our waitlist spot for the troop,
will we get put at the bottom of the list, or not at all because we got
something we never intended to sign up for? I'll call Fran today to get a
clarification.
