[philmont] Philmont Weather

This web cam is at the high school in Cimarron with the camera pointed
toward Philmont.

This one is at a middle school in Eagle Nest. This village is on the
other (western) side of the Sangre de Christo Mountain range and not too
far from Philmont. Angel Fire is the next village so my guess is the
skiing areas are in good shape.
