[philmont] 08 Lottery

I rather had the impression it did mean that last year.

Anyway, Troop got waitlisted, Crew got a trek, July30-Aug11 (so, 730-?).
Fine for us, just about everyone who wants to go will be in both the
crew and troop at that time.
Very good timing for us, our schools don't get out until June 20 or so,
but this is after the first high school summer school session is out.

Back to Philmont in 08! Kilimanjaro 09! And probably try for
Philmont again in 10!
