[philmont] Troop 314

Troop 314, Champaign, IL will go to PSR as a 724-? Crew in 2008. We're a
fairly new troop, spun-off from a 100-scout troop in Dec 2003. I and my son
are the only Philmont veterans. We went in 2005 as members of a Venture
Crew.
