[philmont] Trek Comparison

I've started to work on year over year trek comparisons, you can take a look
by using www.troop6bsa.org>cmd=philsearchbeta and then selecting the tools
icon ... very much a work in progress ... but getting there. Your
contribution in helping get the data right enables this.
