On our trek in 2004 our crew and sister crew were given different direction
by our rangers.
Our crew kept only sleeping clothes, pad, and bag in tent (also boots,
jacket for pillow). We would get changed outside our tent and put our trail
clothes in our packs, then hustle into our sleeping bags (fun in the rain).
If clothes or boots had food spilled on them, then they needed to go up in
the bear bag.
Our sister crew received no such instruction from their ranger. They changed
inside their tents and kept their trekking clothes in the tent with them.
