Good News!
I just read where Congress passed and the President has signed legislation to protect 100,000 acres in the Valle from oil and gas exploration. See link below for newspaper article.
Not pushing any political or environmental adgenda. Just feel that this is good news for the environment, Scouting, Philmont participants and all who enjoy and cherish the outdoors experience.
