[philmont] "refluff" sleeping bag

Put your clothes dryer on air-dry. Put the sleeping bag and a clean sneaker
(or two) in the dryer. Set the timer for 20 minutes or so. Go out on the
back porch with a nice cup of hot chocolate, or a cool adult beverage (depending
on the local temperature) so you don't have to listen to the noise.
