[philmont] old maps and old camps

Ponderosa (brush) camp: Look for it 10,000ft west of 105 degrees (4200 ft east of 105 degrees, 2 minutes, 30 seconds), and 600 ft north of 36 degrees north 27 minutes, 30 seconds.

I could guess at the others, but have limited my measurements to those camps that show up on my maps.
