As others have indicated, Rock Rohrbacher's Philmanac covers this aspect of
the ranch rather well.

Rock's book is available from TOTT, there is a 1997 printing on Amazon as
well.

As for Santa Claus its named after the canyon in which it resides .... now
that's not much help is it?

As for the Canyon, it follows a Southwestern myth that Santa Claus comes out
of a canyon rather than from the north pole. Now how this particular canyon
was granted this distinction is a mystery for at least me.
