Thanks Kim for your most kind words concerning the Philmont Advisor's Guide.? For Wally and me, it truly has been a labor of love.? The Guide started when we came back from our first trek and said "I wish I had known that".

The Philmont Advisor's Guide (a 119 page unofficial publication) also has a section written by female advisors specifically addressing female issues.? The entire Philmont Advisor's Guide is available as a MS Word email attachment for $10.? Email directly should you want a copy.

I went to Philmont for the first time this past summer.? There is a women's only list that you?might be interested in subscribing to that was very helpful to me.? It lets you talk to other women that have gone and deals with issues that are better left off a more general list.
