[Philmont] Missilayneous

T-shirts are probably the most common; CSP's especially a Philmont specific
one or other "limited edition" versions are also common. Our last crew had
individually significant numbers and names on their crew shirts (they were
pink soccer jerseys). For our Ranger we did the itinerary number and "Power
Ranger".

In years past, your Ranger could get a free sundae at the Art Gallery.
Taking the time to share it with him and thank him for your excellent
adventure would be nice.
