On our AA we had several meals with sirloin all cooked medium. You had to
look very close to find the sirloin in the Mexican Rice w/ Beef, Sir Fry
Beef, Spaghetti w/ meat sauce and Stroganoff w/ Beef..

I want to go hiking with Sheehan if he is taking sirloins. I'll even bring a
better stove to avoid the well done spot and an extra pair of crocs for him
to wear in camp.

No surprise, I have a couple of Svea 123's as well. One with the built-in
cleaning needle, and one that requires the clumsy hand held needle. Great
stove for boiling water and preparing freeze dried food. Pan frying a
sirloin, however, gets you a well done spot the size of a half dollar in the
middle.
