[Philmont] out of boudain

On our AA we had several meals with sirloin all cooked medium. You had to
look very close to find the sirloin in the Mexican Rice w/ Beef, Sir Fry
Beef, Spaghetti w/ meat sauce and Stroganoff w/ Beef..
