[Philmont] List bullies .... getting ready for the 2008 "new people"

We were issued juice boxes at the Ute Gulch commissary this summer
(802 trek 15), but I can't remember if we got one or two per person.
The rule was that we had to drink them there, couldn't take them on
the trail. They were a big hit, everyone enjoyed them. I didn't see
any tiger dens there for the juice boxes, but we were through early
and perhaps they were hiking more slowly.
