We have an assistant Scoutmaster in our troop who has banned juice boxes for those days when he must babysit the grandkids. Apparently, like starting an IV, there is a particular technique which must be employed in puncturing the box with the curved straw. Failure to follow this protocol exactly causes the juice to rocket from the end of the straw in an explosive manner, creating smellable clothing, carpeting and upholstery.
