[Philmont] Unusual advise

Hello,

I would like to clarify, John was not banned or removed from the
canoe list and is still listed as a member. If he is having
difficulty receiving/sending messages, he can contact me to get the
issues solved.

We welcome any 'ding-bat' inquiries. Not everyone has been in
scouting half a century, the list can be a great source to absorb
the knowledge of others.
