We are using our Travel agent to make these arrangements for us.
He also is a Scouter and makes the travel arrangements each year
for our Council Contigent. You might want to check with your
Council to see who makes their reservations. Someone who is
booking transportation every year is going to get better prices and
better service because the vendor knows they will get repeat
business.
