Personally, I like the Coleman Apex II stoves. $59.99 in
the Campmor catalog plus $10.99 per fuel bottle.
However, for use at Philmont by Scouts, I don't think
you can go wrong with the old "one piece" standbys like
the Peak 1. One model is the Feather 400 at $39.99 in
the Campmor catalog plus $6.99 for a stuff sack. Campmor
also has a couple of dual or multi fuel stoves including
the Coleman Exponent Feather 442 at $49.99 plus $6.99
for a stuff sack and the Coleman Exponent for $59.99
plus $6.99 for a stuff sack.
Remember that Campmor offers a 10% discount to Scouting
units.
