MY kinda people. I dehydrated crawfish, celery adn onions in my home
dehydrator adn carried it on the trail for that one special meal. I told the
crew "you decide".
Well, they elected to give it to the cons crew we worked with because they
"helped us out so much". I told him how to make it and made him promise to
write and tell how it turned out. I haven't heard a word, but I think I know
why. My lips are sealed on this one. A promise is a promise Jason.
Hopefully somebody on staff at Philmont enjoyed Crawfish Etouffe this past
July.
I do know this, when we passed a crew on the trail from Baton Rouge and some
of the crew told them what one of the advisors was carrying, I felt this
really interesting glare from that whole crew and their faces told me "oh
man, how can you do dat ?"
And dats all I gotta say about dat.
